WHAT ?
Mark-Com Event will hold the 4rd edition of its DPO Forum in Belgium at the Van der Valk Hotel in Nivelles South. «The Deloitte survey clearly shows that there is room for improvement in the governance of personal data and information security», says François Vajda, Managing Director of Mark-Com Event. «Therefore, the ambition of this event will be to answer questions about data security in companies, the evolution of the RGPD and the role of the DPO.» For example, how to raise awareness of the RGPD and deal with the lack of support at top management level, how to clarify responsibilities regarding privacy or policy implementation, or how to put in place practical policies and procedures.
The DPO Forum aims to provide French-speaking business leaders with a pragmatic response to their concerns by presenting the latest technological developments in this fi eld and by enabling them to meet the players likely to support them in their projects.
